1. Acceptance

By using EVENTUALLY.VET ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. What the App is

A personal record-keeping tool to help you document your military service and medical history across your whole service life, including, but not limited to, preparing VA disability claims. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for a VA-accredited representative, attorney, or healthcare provider. It does not file claims with the VA on your behalf, and it does not guarantee any claim outcome or rating.

3. Not affiliated with the government

EVENTUALLY.VET is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any branch of the U.S. military. Official records remain those maintained by the VA, DoD, and your providers.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own copies/backups of important records. The App is local-first; if you delete the app or your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App only for your own lawful record-keeping. Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the App or its infrastructure.

6. Subscriptions (if/when offered)

Paid tiers, if any, are billed through the app store you download from: the Apple App Store (per Apple's terms) or the Google Play Store (per Google's terms). Manage or cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Details and pricing shown in-app at purchase.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will result in any particular VA claim outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVENTUALLY.VET is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

United States federal and applicable state law.
